Life Story for Randy Charles Siplin

Randy Charles Siplin was born March 19, 1953, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the union of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie and Ella Virginia Davis Siplin. One of five children, he was raised in a loving home and educated in the local public school system, graduating in 1971 from Andrew Jackson Senior High School. He loved his family dearly, and spent precious time with them often. He was affectionately known as “Crow” by many and G-Randy by his grands.

Randy was multi-talented. A real handyman, he had the ability to repair any portion of a house, whether it was woodwork, plastering, plumbing, roofing, electrical, painting, even landscaping. He was gifted as an artist, painting and drawing beautiful scenes and portraits, and creating awesome leather-craft items, including women’s purses.

On Christmas Day, December 25, 2018, Randy Charles Siplin completed his journey on earth, and slipped away quietly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Siplin, and a brother, Eddie L. Siplin.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving children, LaWan M. Siplin and Randy T. Siplin; granddaughters, Auhndi, Ayanna and Aunye Thomas; great granddaughter, Journey Thomas; siblings, Carolyn Siplin, Arnita Davis and Tynia Prince; nieces and nephews, Tymeka, Jeamal, Ariel and Shacobia Siplin, and Erica and Alexis Prince; and a host of other relatives and friends, to include James Williams.
