The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Purnell McMillan can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dear family and friends of the late/gone too soon Purnell McMillan.

We are truly sorry for your loss! I grew up with Purnell for short period in the late 80's around the Dunn's Ave. area. My memory recalls him as a man with great potential for success, regardless of his past setbacks. And to Purnell's wife, unborn daughter, family and close friends. You will all be in our meditations to heal in spiritual positivity and also bring light to justice......Rest In Paradise Duke!
